1. Services Provided

2. Pay-After-Pass Model

Our core service operates on a pay-after-pass basis:

• No payment is required before or during service delivery
• Payment is due only after the client has verified their passing grade in the WGU portal
• If the assessment is not passed, no payment is owed for that attempt
• Payment is expected within 48 hours of grade confirmation

3. Free Retake Guarantee

If our expert does not achieve a passing grade on your assessment, we will retake the assessment at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the first retake following a failed attempt by our team.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate course and exam information
• Share valid login credentials via our encrypted communication channels
• Complete payment within 48 hours of receiving your passing grade
• Maintain confidentiality about your use of our services
• Not share our methods, systems, or processes with third parties

5. Confidentiality

7. Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change, but any quoted price is locked in once you book a service. There are no hidden fees, surcharges, or subscription costs.

8. Refund Policy

Since our model is pay-after-pass, refunds are generally not applicable — you never pay unless you receive a passing grade. If a dispute arises, contact us directly and we will work to resolve it promptly.

9. Limitation of Liability
